You can cancel your membership before your next renewal payment at any time if Visible isn't for you.
How do I cancel?
Cancelling your membership is easy to do from within the Visible app. Just go to your Profile tab and then tap My account at the top, followed by Manage my membership. From there, you will have the option to cancel your membership.
When will membership end if I cancel?
When you cancel your membership, auto-renewal is turned off, but you'll still have full access to your Visible membership until the end of your current billing cycle. This means your membership will remain active until the date your next payment would have been due — you won’t be charged again, but you can keep using all features until then.
It's important to cancel any active membership before deleting the app. Please follow the instructions above carefully to cancel your membership if you plan to delete the app.
