Once you've purchased a Visible membership and downloaded the Visible app on your phone, you’ll need to activate it to start using membership features.
Steps to Activate Your Membership
After purchasing your Visible membership, we’ll send you an order confirmation email titled "Activate your Visible membership".
Open the email (ideally on your phone) and tap the button "Link my membership".
Once activated, you’ll see a message saying "Connect your armband" on the Today screen.
Can't find our email? Make sure to check both your inbox and spam or junk folders.
