How do I activate my Visible membership?

Linking your membership to your Visible account

Once you've purchased a Visible membership and downloaded the Visible app on your phone, you’ll need to activate it to start using membership features.

How to activate Your membership

Step 1: Find the order confirmation email we sent you right after your purchase. The subject line is "Activate your Visible membership". Make sure to check both your inbox and spam or junk folders.

Step 2: Open the email on your phone or computer and tap the 'Link my membership' button:

Step 3: If you don't have the Visible app yet, the link will help you download the app and create a Visible account.

Step 4: After activation, you’ll see 'Connect your band' at the top of the Today page in the app:

🎁 Bought a membership for someone else? Just forward them the activation email and have them tap 'Link my membership' to connect it to their Visible account.
