How Do I Activate My Visible Membership?

Linking your membership to your Visible account

Once you've purchased a Visible membership and downloaded the Visible app on your phone, you’ll need to activate it to start using membership features.

Steps to Activate Your Membership

  1. After purchasing your Visible membership, we’ll send you an email titled "Activate your Visible membership".

  2. Open the email (ideally on your phone) and tap the button "Link my membership".

  3. Once activated, you’ll see a message saying "Connect your armband" on the Today screen.
