Stability Score (overnight mode)

Get your Stability score without waiting for a morning measurement

A note before you dive in: This is an invite-only Early Access feature.

Early access features are still being tested and refined. While we continue to improve it, you may occasionally experience bugs or issues. For example, on some days, your band may not capture your overnight data.

You can opt out at any time via the Early Access hub in the Profile tab.

Stability Score (overnight mode) lets you complete your Morning check-in without needing to sit still for a minute to capture your morning measurements. Instead, your band measures your heart rate and heart rate variability while you sleep.

Who can use Stability Score (overnight mode)

Stability Score (overnight mode) is available in Early Access for members using Visible Band 2.0. Early Access is an invite-only program that lets members try out new features while they're still in development.

If you use Visible Band 2.0 and can't yet see Stability Score (overnight mode) in the Early Access hub, we'll be sending you an invite soon.

How to opt-in to Stability Score (overnight mode)

Once you’ve been invited to switch to overnight measurements, you can opt in as follows:

  1. Go to Profile → Early access hub in the app

  2. Under Stability Score (overnight mode), tap Find out more

  3. Tap I understand, start testing to opt in

  4. You're now enrolled

How to get your Morning Stability score when using overnight measurements

Getting your Morning Stability score works much the same way as it does with morning measurements. You just no longer need to take a one-minute reading during your Morning check-in.

Here's how it works:

  1. Before you go to bed: Make sure you're wearing your band overnight and that it has enough charge to last until morning.

  2. In the morning: Complete your Morning check-in as usual. After you rate your sleep, your Morning Stability score will appear automatically.

Tip: We recommend having at least 15% battery charge on your band before going to sleep.

Common questions

Why am I getting a "Morning Stability score unavailable" message?

If you see the message "Morning Stability score unavailable," it means we were unable to get overnight heart rate data from your band.

This usually happens due to an Early Access issue where we fail to get the overnight data from your band, even when it's worn correctly. We're working on making this more reliable during Early Access.

However, it can also happen if your band was not worn during sleep or lost connection while getting your overnight data. To help avoid this:

  • Make sure your band has at least 15% charge before bed.

  • Wear your band snugly on your wrist or arm while you sleep.

While you're testing overnight mode, you won't be able to take a morning measurement as a backup if your overnight data is not available. Keep wearing your band when you go to bed. You should get a score again the next day.

Why am I getting a "No internet connection" message?

We need an internet connection to calculate your Morning Stability score. Check your connection and tap Try again. You can retry as many times as you need.
