The Morning Stability score

The Morning Stability score combines four key factors: resting heart rate (HR), heart rate variability (HRV), and your subjective sleep and symptom ratings, which you provide during your evening check-in.

Each morning, we compare these four factors to your 90-day average. The score you receive is based on how stable each of these factors are relative to your usual baseline.

How the score is calculated

We use a flag system for each of the four factors. This approach helps ensure that if any one factor is out of balance, it drives the overall score, giving you a conservative assessment of your stability.

Understanding HRV and Resting Heart Rate

  • If you'd like more detail, you can expand the boxes showing your HRV and resting heart rate scores.

  • The dotted vertical line in these views represents your 14-day average for that metric, while the high and low values show the typical fluctuations outside that average. This gives you a clearer picture of where you stand in relation to your recent trends.
