The Morning Stability Score helps you understand how consistent and balanced your body’s key signals—like heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate, symptoms, and sleep—are each morning.
Each morning, your data is compared to your personal baseline—your average over the past 90 days—to calculate how stable your readings are. The score reflects how stable your measurements are:
Higher score: Your body is showing consistent, balanced signals—likely a sign of stability.
Lower score: Your body may be under more stress or strain, with less stable patterns.
What if my Morning Stability score feels wrong?
Remember, a stable score doesn’t always mean you’ll feel great—and an unstable score doesn’t always mean something is wrong. It’s a data-based snapshot, not a direct measure of how you feel. The Morning Stability score is a tool to help you make informed decisions about your daily activities, pacing, and rest.
This score helps guide you in knowing when to prioritize recovery, but it’s not intended to diagnose or provide medical advice. If you have health concerns or need guidance on how to manage your well-being, always consult with a healthcare provider.
Use your Morning Stability score as a daily check-in to support your well-being. Let it guide your pacing, help you listen to your body, and make more confident decisions about rest and activity.
Can I retake my Morning Stability score?
Yes, you can retake your Morning Stability score for today, but before you delete a reading, it's important to know:
You can only retake the score for the current day—past readings cannot be redone.
Once a reading is deleted, it cannot be restored.
Retakes should be reserved for special situations, such as if you were disturbed, moved around too much, or made a mistake during the check-in.
How to retake your reading:
Open the app and tap "Morning Stability" on the Today page
Tap the three dots in the top right corner.
Select "Delete reading".
You’ll now be able to complete the check-in again.
