How do I charge Armband 2.0?
Attach the magnetic end of the charging cable to your Armband 2.0. Plug the other end into a USB charger.
Charging Time: Armband 2.0 takes approximately 1 hour to fully charge.
Note that the device may report 100% battery before it is fully charged.
What will happen the first time I charge the band?
Charge your Armband 2.0 for at least 1 hour before connecting it to Visible.
While charging for the first time, you may notice a pattern of four rotating red LEDs lighting up one at a time, faster than usual. This indicates that the device is fully charged and ready to connect to Visible.
After connecting the device to Visible, subsequent charges will display a solid red light when fully charged.
What will happen after the first time I have charged the band?
During charging, four rotating red LEDs indicate the progress. When the battery is fully charged, the LEDs will turn solid red.
What can I do if my Armband 2.0 isn't charging as expected?
If your Armband 2.0 doesn’t seem to be charging, for example, you place it on the charger but don’t see the red rotating lights that indicate charging status, try the following steps:
Step 1: Check the charging connection
Ensure the magnetic charging pins are properly aligned and have snapped into place against the sensor. If needed, try flipping the armband and connecting it the other way around.
Step 2: Use a wall plug
For a stronger and more consistent power supply, plug the charger into a wall outlet instead of a USB port on a computer or laptop.
Step 3: Force close the Visible app
Close the Visible app completely while charging. This prevents the armband from trying to pair or communicate, which can interfere with the charging process.
