⚠️ Update your app to connect your Armband 2.0
Congratulations! If you’ve recently received an Armband 2.0, you’re among the first Visible members to get your hands on one. Because it's so new, you'll need to update your app to the latest version before you can connect your armband.
Tap the button below to visit the App Store or Google Play and check for updates. If no update is available, that means you're on the latest app version already.
Step 1: Charge Armband 2.0
(1) Connect the magnetic charging pins to the back of Armband 2.0.
(2) Plug the USB cable into a USB port. If the battery is completely empty, it may take several minutes for the charging to start.
(3) We suggest charging Armband 2.0 for 1 hour to wake it from 'Warehouse Mode' and then connect the band to Visible.
(4) It takes around 1 hour to fully charge your Armband 2.0, which has a battery life of around 5 days when fully charged.

Step 2: Set up Armband 2.0
(1) Armband 2.0 is always on, there is no on or off button. It will only read a heart rate when in contact with the skin.
(2) Place the armband in the same position as the Polar Verity Sense.
(3) Whilst we ask on what arm you will wear the band during onboarding it doesn't matter too much! If you wish to switch arms this is not a problem.

Step 3 Disconnecting your Verity Sense and connecting Armband 2.0
There is no need to connect Armband 2.0 at the start of a new day, when the band arrives disconnect your Verity Sense and start tracking with Armband 2.0
(1) Tap the armband icon in the top right of the corner
(2) Tap 'Unpair device' and turn off the Verity Sense.
(3) Tap 'Pair your Visible Armband' - You should then see the option to connect Visible Armband 2.0.
(4) You may be prompted to accept a pairing request. If you are, please tap 'Pair'.
Step 4: Keep the Visible app running in the background and wear the armband as much as possible.
Keep Visible open and running in the background. Just like with your Polar Verity Sense, we recommend leaving your app running “in the background” while Armband 2.0 is connected to get the best data from your membership. This means that you shouldn’t force quit the app during the day (by “swiping the app away” in your task manager). You can still use other apps while Visible is running.
Wear your Armband 2.0 as much as possible. Armband 2.0 is completely waterproof. You can use it while showering, bathing, or swimming. And while we haven't optimized sleep tracking yet, we recommend wearing your armband overnight. You might wish to close the app down overnight to prevent any notifications. This might mean that the data in the morning might take some time to catch up before you can complete your Morning check-in.
You might also notice a slight increase in your PacePoints expenditure due to wearing the band more often. This is normal and you may need to slightly increase your budget to reflect these changes.
Armband 2.0 is always on: The band automatically stops reading if it cannot detect a heart rate. You can remove the band without worrying about turning it off when not in use. There is no on/off switch on Visible 2.0.
