How can I avoid missing heart rate data?

For the best experience with Visible, keep the app running in the background at all times to allow the data from your Armband 2.0 to sync continuously.

To avoid potential issues with syncing, ensure your Armband 2.0 is not connected to other apps or devices, such as a second mobile device or tablet.

If you notice any gaps in your heart rate data, you can force a refresh of the data. To do this, go to your Heart Rate screen by tapping on your heart rate in your Profile tab. Then tap and drag downwards the area below the heart rate graph until a tick appears.

How do I restart Armband 2.0?

If you experience problems with your Armband 2.0, you can try restarting it. The restart/reset button is on the top side of Armband 2.0, under the wristband. To restart Armband 2.0, press the button with a pin while the charger is disconnected. Restarting your Armband 2.0 will not delete any of your heart rate data.

Note: If your charger is connected when restarting your device, this will reset the device to it's original factory settings.
