Gifting a Visible Membership

Giving the gift of Visible is easy with these steps

We’re thrilled to hear you’re interested in gifting a Visible membership. We have plans to improve our gifting process to make things a little easier for all involved, but for now, you can gift a Visible membership by following the steps below.

Steps to Gift a Visible Membership

  1. Qualify on behalf of the giftee

    • Visit the Visible website and click on the ‘See if I qualify’ button.

    • Complete the quiz on behalf of the person you’re gifting the membership to.

  2. Complete checkout

    • Use your own email address at checkout to ensure the confirmation email is sent to you. This is especially handy if you want the gift to be a surprise!

    • You can use your own address here too if you'd like the Starter Kit including Visible Armband 2.0 to be delivered to you rather than your giftee.

  3. Wait for delivery

    • The Starter Kit will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

  4. Present the gift

    • Once the Starter Kit arrives, give it to your giftee and forward the activation email to them. This email includes all the instructions they’ll need to download the Visible app and activate their membership.

Managing Renewals

The membership will auto-renew using the payment card provided at checkout. Your giftee can manage the renewal settings directly in the Visible app. If you’d prefer to handle this yourself (so the giftee doesn’t need to), just send us an email from the email address you used to purchase the membership, and we’ll be happy to assist.
