What Updates Will I Get About My Order?

Get timely updates about the delivery of your Visible Starter Kit

Once you place your order, you’ll receive two emails from us to guide you through the next steps:

1. Order confirmation email

This is your official welcome message from Visible about your new membership! It confirms your order was successful and includes:

  • Instructions on how to link your membership to your Visible app.

  • Estimated shipping times so you know when to expect your armband.

  • Confirmation of your shipping address — to make sure everything gets to the right place without delay.

Can't find our email? If you haven’t received your order confirmation email, we recommend checking both your inbox and spam or junk folders. Still no luck? Reach out to Member Support and include your full name and shipping address so we can help confirm your order. We can also link your Visible membership to your app.

2. Shipping confirmation email

When your armband ships from our warehouse, we’ll send you another quick update with tracking details for your USPS (US) or Royal Mail (UK) delivery. The package is small enough to fit through your letterbox and does not require a signature.
