Estimated shipping times are provided during checkout when purchasing a Visible membership and Visible Starter Kit. Please check the website or app directly for up-to-date information.
Tracking your Order
Once you place your order, you’ll receive two emails from us to guide you through next steps:
1. Order confirmation email
This email is sent immediately after purchase and is your official welcome from Visible about your new membership! It confirms your order was successful and includes:
Instructions on how to link your membership to your Visible app.
Estimated shipping times so you know when to expect your armband.
Confirmation of your shipping address — to make sure everything gets to the right place without delay.
Can't find our emails? Make sure to check both your inbox and spam or junk folders.
2. Shipping confirmation email
When your armband ships from our warehouse, we’ll send you another quick update with tracking details for your USPS (US) or Royal Mail (UK) delivery. The package is small enough to fit through your letterbox and does not require a signature.
Note: Your membership will officially start from the day you receive your armband in the mail.
