Trends overview
Trends allow you to view your symptoms, exertion, and Morning Stability biometric data over time, helping you to spot patterns and understand how these factors are related.
Trends can be used to view a trendline of one factor or to compare two factors against each other.
Trends can be viewed over a variety of time periods, from 2 weeks to 6 months.
Where can I find my Trends?
Your data is available to view on the Trends page. If you're on the Today page, tap on Trends at the bottom of the page to switch to the Trends page.
What data is shown in Trends?
Trends shows all your Morning and Evening check-in data, including any custom trackers like medications or symptoms. If you have a Visible membership, you’ll also see your daily PacePoints and Breathing session minutes.
The Heart Rate and Heart Rate Variability (HRV) data in Trends comes from the data captured during your Morning check-in.
What does the Trendline show?
The Trendline is an average of your data over the last three days. This helps smooth out daily ups and downs so you can see trends more clearly. For example, on Wednesday, it shows an average of your data from Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
How do I use the Trends page?
Start using Trends by choosing one factor to track, such as Crash, and see how it changes over time. This can help you spot when you may anticipate a crash in the future, or get a general understanding of how your health is trending.
You can view your data over different time periods: 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months. Just select the time range at the top of the page. You can also swipe left or right on the graph to look at past data.
If you want to compare two factors, such as Crash and Stability Score, tap Compare and then choose the second factor e.g. Stability Score. Comparing factors can give insights into whether or not two factors are related to each other and how they could impact each other, as well as influencing experiences such as a crash.
Can I view my Evening check-in notes in Trends?
Yes, recent notes can be viewed by tapping on the small 'notes' icon underneath the Trends graph.
Can I export my Trends data?
Yes, you can export all the data available in Trends by going to Profile > Data export. To learn more about this, visit our Data export article.
