Overview

Using the ‘Export data’ button in the Profile tab, you can download a CSV of all the data you’ve ever tracked during the Morning, Monthly and Evening check-ins.

  • Using the ‘Export data’ button in the Profile tab, you can download this data as a CSV.

  • This does not include daily heart rate data or PacePoints

  • This data is raw, whereas the Health Report PDF presents the data visually.

What is a CSV file?

A CSV (comma-separated value) file is a text file format that uses commas to separate values and newlines to separate records. This file format is widely supported by common spreadsheet software applications such as Excel or Numbers.

How do I create a data export?

To access the data export, go to Profile>Data Export> Export CSV

It will take a moment for the exported data to download.

Once downloaded, you can use the share button in the top right to export your data in CSV format.

What data does the data export include?

The data export includes:

  • Morning check-in data: Sleep score, heart rate, heart rate variablility and Stability score

  • Evening check-in data: Symptom scores, exertion scores, medications and experiences (period, crash and infection)

  • Evening check-in Notes: These are found at the very end of the spreadsheet.

  • Breathing session minutes.

  • PacePoints and PacePoint budget.

  • Monthly check-in: All answers submitted for the Monthly check-in FUNCAP survey. (But not the final average score.)

  • Notes at the bottom row.

This does not include Heart Rate data or PacePoints.

How is the data export data presented?

  • The columns in the data export are:

    • observation_date : e.g. 2024-12-11

    • tracker_name : e.g. Stability Score

    • tracker_category : e.g. Measurement

    • observation_value : e.g. 3
