How to get your Stability score when using overnight measurements
To get your Stability score, all you need to do is rate your sleep when you have woken up for the day.
Here's how it works:
Before you go to bed: make sure your band has enough charge to last until morning.
Overnight: wear your band.
In the morning: rate your sleep when you open the app. Your Stability score will appear automatically.
⚡ Tip: We recommend having at least 15% battery charge on your band before going to sleep.
