Overview
The Stability Score is a daily snapshot of your body’s signals.
It’s calculated after your Morning Check-in.
You’ll need to complete at least 4 Morning Check-ins to get your first Stability Score.
It's not a wellness score – it shows how balanced your signals are, not how well you are expected to feel.
Use the Stability Score to guide your pacing
Stability not wellness
Your Stability Score measures your body’s Stability. It’s not a direct measure of how you feel, or a ‘wellness’ score.
The Stability Score is a data-based snapshot of how your body is doing today:
Higher score (4–5): Your body is showing consistent, balanced signals, a likely sign of stability. This reflects your signals, not necessarily how well you'll feel.
Middle score (3): There’s no clear signal that your body is more or less stable than usual. Keep pacing today.
Lower score (1–3): Your body may be under more stress or strain, with less stable patterns. This means your signals are out of balance, not that you're doing badly. When your score is low, it may help to prioritize rest where you can.

Use the Stability Score to help you listen to your body
The Stability Score is a tool to help you make informed decisions about your daily activities, pacing, and rest, not to give advice about your condition. Let your score guide your pacing, help you listen to your body, and make more confident decisions about rest and activity.
Visible calculates your Stability Score after your Morning Check-in
The Stability Score is based on your body’s biometrics and your own ratings.
To calculate your score, Visible uses:
Resting heart rate – overnight or morning
Heart rate variability (HRV) – overnight or morning
Self-reported sleep rating
Self-reported symptom ratings from your Evening Check-in
You’ll still get a Stability Score if you miss your Evening Check-in
If you skipped the previous day's Evening Check-in, your score will be calculated using the other three factors: resting heart rate, heart rate variability, and sleep quality.
You need at least 4 Morning Check-ins to get your first Stability Score
You’ll get your first Stability Score after 4 days of Morning Check-ins. Visible will use that data to work out what a normal day looks like for you.
After that, your normal range is based on up to 90 days of your previous data. So the more Morning Check-ins you complete, the more accurate your Stability Score becomes.
How you complete the Morning Check-in depends on your band and app
Choose the option that applies to you.
Visible Band 2.0
By default, your Visible 2.0 band is set up to wear day and night. So you’ll complete your Morning Check-in using your overnight data.
If you prefer to sleep without your band, or you’re unable to wear it consistently overnight, take a morning reading with your band.
Polar Verity Sense
