I'm not receiving Check-in or Breathing notification reminders, what should I do?

Ensure your check-on or breathing reminders are turned. To check this, go to your Profile screen and select Reminders.

I'm not receiving Pacing notifications, what should I do?

Ensure your Pacing notifications are turned on. To check this, go to your Profile screen, then select Pacing settings and select Pacing notifications.

Troubleshooting steps

If you're still not receiving notifications, follow these troubleshooting steps:

Step 1. Ensure your Visible app is running in the background. Visible needs to be running in the background to send real-time notifications.

Step 2. Ensure youโ€™re not in โ€˜Do Not Disturbโ€™ or 'Focus' mode:

  • For โ€‹iPhone users: Drag down or up on your iPhone screen and ensure the 'moon' icon is unchecked.

  • โ€‹For Android users: Swipe up on your home screen to access your apps. Go to your smartphone Settings, then select Notifications and ensure Do Not Disturb is turned off.

Step 3. Ensure that 'Allow Notifications' is turned on in your smartphone's system settings. To check this, go to your smartphone's Settings and find Visible and then view Visible's Notification settings.

Step 4. Ensure that your 'Alert style' is set to 'Persistent in your smartphone's settings. To check this, go to your smartphone's Settings and then Notifications, and check that the Banner Style is set to 'Persistent. '
