To customize your Pacing notifications, go to your Profile screen, then Pacing settings and then Pacing notifications.

Your Pacing notifications are split into two types; Over-exertion notifications and PaceSetter notifications.

Over-exertion notifications

Over-exertion notifications will be sent when you spend time in the over-exertion zone. To pace effectively, you should minimize this time.

You can turn these notifications on or off. Some people like to turn their notifications off when they have to complete a task that they know will put them into over-exertion.

You can also delay your notifications. If you have the capacity to spend short periods of time in over-exertion you might choose to put a delay on your notifications.

Finally, you can also customise your notification alert tone

PaceSetting notifications

PaceSetter notifications can be turned on to notify you when you are ahead of your PaceSetter or exceed your budget for the day. This can help you spread your energy expenditure throughout the day.

Like your over-exertion notifications, this notification can also be given a custom tone.
