The fabric armband strap is elastic and fully adjustable. To adjust the armband, simply slide the metal buckle up or down the strap.

The armband strap is suitable for upper arm sizes 23-34cm in circumference.

It's not necessary to remove the strap from the sensor housing, however if you have done this, here are the steps to rethread it.

​Step 1 . Pass the band through one side of the plastic sensor holder

Step 2. Pass the velcro strap back through the metal buckle using the bottom hole

Step 3. Return the strap through the top hole so the velcro faces towards you
