If you're experiencing issues maintaining a connection to your armband, or if you cannot pair to your armband at all, then a hard reset of your armband should help.
The steps for resetting properly are quite involved, so it's important to follow the steps carefully.

Step-by-Step Troubleshooting Guide
Unpair from the Visible App
Open the Visible app and navigate to the Today tab.
Tap the device icon in the top-right corner.
Select Unpair Device and confirm.
Force Quit the Visible App
On iPhones, this means 'swiping it away' so it is no longer running in the background.
On Android, this means:
Open the Settings app on your device.
Scroll down and tap on Apps.
Find and tap on Visible in the list of apps.
Tap Force stop (you might need to confirm by tapping OK).
Forget the Device in Bluetooth Settings
Go to your phone’s Settings and find Bluetooth.
Locate "Polar 360" in the list of paired devices and select Forget This Device (iOS) or Unpair (Android).
Reset Your Visible Armband 2.0
Plug the device into a charger using the included USB cable.
Locate the reset button on the topside of the device (a tiny metal button).
While the device is charging, press and hold the button for about 10 seconds using a pen or similar tool. The lights on the device should turn off.
Unplug the device from the charger. The lights should start blinking in a rotating fashion.
Turn your phone off and on again
Please turn off your phone fully, and then turn it on again. This will reset your bluetooth pairing information.
Reconnect in the Visible App
Open the Visible app and navigate to the Today tab.
Tap Pair your Visible armband and select your Armband 2.0.
If prompted to “pair” or “pair and connect,” make sure to accept all pairing requests.
