The steps for resetting your band are quite involved, so it's really important to follow them carefully to reset your band successfully.

We recommend opening these instructions outside of the Visible app, for example on a laptop if you have one, so you can follow along with our detailed video walk-through. You can find these instructions online at https://visib.me/pairing.
Before you start
Have your Visible Band 2.0 charger close by and plugged into a wall socket.
Find a thin, rigid, pin-like object, e.g., a pen, a paperclip, or a SIM card ejector tool. This will be needed to press the band's reset button.
Step-by-step reset guide
Unpair your band from the Visible app
Open the Visible app and navigate to the Today tab.
Tap the band icon in the top-right corner.
Select Unpair band and confirm.
Force quit the Visible app
On iPhones, this means 'swiping it away' so it is no longer running in the background.
On Android, this means:
Open the Settings app on your device.
Scroll down and tap on Apps.
Find and tap on Visible in the list of apps.
Tap Force stop (you might need to confirm by tapping OK).
Forget the band in Bluetooth settings
Go to your phone’s Settings and find Bluetooth.
Locate "Polar 360" in the list of paired devices and select Forget This Device (iOS) or Unpair (Android).
Turn off Bluetooth
While you're still in your phone's Bluetooth settings, tap the toggle to turn off Bluetooth.
Shut down your phone completely!
Please turn off your phone fully.
Press the reset button while your band is charging
Plug the band into the charger so that it is charging before trying the reset. Do not connect the charger to a laptop or a computer; use a wall socket.
Locate the reset button on the top of the band (a tiny metal button underneath the strap).
While the band is charging, use a pen or paperclip to press and hold the button for about 3-5 seconds. Make sure that the button is completely pressed down for this time. At this point, the lights on the band should turn off.
Wait for 20 seconds. The four LED lights will flash in sequence, then return to their charging state. If the band is fully charged, they will be solid lights. If the band is not fully charged, they will slowly rotate.
Unplug the band from the charger. The lights on the sensor should start blinking in a faster rotating fashion. You should only progress to the next step when the lights on your sensor are blinking in a fast rotating fashion.
Put your band back on
Place your band on your wrist or arm with the sensor lights flush against the skin.
Turn your phone on again and enable Bluetooth
Turn your phone on again. This will reset your Bluetooth pairing information.
Go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and tap the toggle to enable Bluetooth.
Pair your band in the Visible app
Open the Visible app and navigate to the Today page.
Tap Pair your Visible band. Select your Visible Band 2.0 from the list.
If prompted to “pair” or “pair and connect,” make sure to accept all pairing requests.
Check for your real-time heart rate
Wait about 20-30 seconds for your real-time heart rate to appear in the Today page.
Your sensor should now be fully paired to the Visible app.

Unpair from the Visible app

Forget/Unpair the band in your phone’s Bluetooth settings
Turn off Bluetooth in your phone’s Bluetooth settings
Turn your phone off
Press the reset button on your Visible Band 2.0 while it is charging (but not plugged in to a computer). The lights should go off and then illuminate in a circle. When it has done this you can remove the band from the charger.
Put your band back on
Restart your phone and enable Bluetooth in your phone’s Bluetooth settings.
Reconnect the band in the Visible app
Check for your real-time heart rate.
