Common questions

Why is the widget data sometimes delayed?

The Visible widget updates every few minutes, not in real time, so the data may sometimes be a little behind the app. You can see when it was last updated right on the widget, so you know how fresh your data is.

If you’re using a lot of PacePoints, you may see a short delay before the widget catches up. For live heart rate and the most up-to-date data, open the Visible app.

Can I see live heart rate data in the widget?

No. The Visible widget can't show a live heart rate because the data only updates every few minutes. Since it isn’t real time, it shows your PacePoints and PaceSetter for a quick view of your pacing.

Note: On Android, you can turn on a live heart rate stream in your notification bar: Profile → Pacing settings → Pacing notifications → Live heart rate stream
