Updated over 2 weeks ago

Is the Polar Verity Sense waterproof?

Yes, the Verity Sense band can be safely worn while showering, bathing and swimming. The sensor is completely waterproof. However, if the sensor is exposed to saltwater, it's important to clean the charging pins to prevent saltwater buildup.

Regularly wash your sensor and strap using mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and air-dry the strap by hanging it or laying it flat. Avoid using alcohol or disinfectants.

Where should I wear my Polar Verity Sense band?

We recommend wearing your Verity Sense comfortably on your upper arm—either arm is fine. If preferred, you can also wear it on your upper forearm.

Can I wear my Polar Verity Sense band on my wrist?

No, unfortunately, the Polar Verity Sense band isn’t designed to be worn on the wrist. It’s meant to be worn on the upper arm or forearm.
