Overview
You can download a PDF report that summarizes key Visible data into one easy-to-use document.
Share your data easily with clinicians and carers by exporting the report after it's been created.
The report requires at least 30 days of Morning check-in data to generate.
Rolling averages are used in the charts to make it easier to spot long-term health trends.
Health Report PDF
We understand the importance of having an easy and effective way to communicate changes in your condition.
β
That's why we've created Health Reports to help you share your data more easily with clinicians and carers.
What information is included in the Health Report PDF?
The Health Report contains:
Symptoms - prevalence and burden
Periods (but not other experience trackers)
Medications
Resting heart rate measured during the Morning check-in
Heart rate variability measured during the Morning check-in
How do I generate a Health Report PDF?
To download your Health Report summary, in the app, go to Profile β Health Report PDF, then tap Create new report.
The report may take up to a minute to generate and requires a strong, stable internet connection.
Once downloaded, you can use the share button in the top right corner to save the report to your files or message it to yourself, e.g., via email. Any generated reports will also be saved in the Health Report PDF section of the app.
How many days of check-in data do I need to create a Health Report?
You need 30 days of Morning check-in data to generate a report. At least one of those check-ins must be from the last 30 days.
If you have fewer than 30 days of check-in data in the last year, we recommend using the Data export instead.
Where can I find my previously generated Health Report PDFs?
Any previously generated reports will be saved in the Health Report PDF section of your profile. To find them, just go to Profile β Health Report PDF in the app.
What do the data points represent on the heart rate graphs?
The Heart Rate and Heart Rate Variability graphs both show a 2-week rolling average rather than daily values. This means each data point is the average of your heart rate over the previous two weeks, not just that day.
Because of this, the first data point you'll see will appear two weeks after you started completing the Morning check-in.
What do the colours represent for the Most prevalent symptoms chart?
The Most prevalent symptoms chart shows a 7-day rolling average of symptom severity for your five most frequently reported symptoms. This means each data point is the average of your symptom severity over the previous week, not just that day.
The colour coding used in the chart is as follows:
Green - None
Yellow - Mild
Orange - Moderate
Red - Severe
NB. Individual severe days may not appear as red because the report averages your symptoms over the last 7 days.
Frequently asked questions
Is my Monthly check-in data included in the Health Report?
No, currently only data from your Morning and Evening check-ins is used to generate your Health Report. If you want to export your Monthly check-in information, we recommend using the Data export feature.
I have a membership. Is my continuous heart rate or PacePoint data included in the Health Report?
No. The Health Report only includes heart rate data from your Morning Check-in (the reading taken during your Morning Stability score). It does not include your live heart rate data which is continuously tracked by your band throughout the day (as shown on the Heart Rate page), your heart rate zones or your PacePoint data.
To export your daily PacePoints usage and budget, we recommend using the Data export feature.
Why are rolling averages used in the Health Report?
Rolling (or moving) averages smooth out day-to-day fluctuations, making longer-term trends easier to spot. This helps you and your clinicians focus on overall health patterns over time, rather than individual daily ups and downs.
