Overview
The Morning Check-in is available for members and free app users.
You’ll rate your sleep, then get your Stability Score.
During the check-in, you may be asked to take a morning reading with your phone’s camera or band.
Most members using Visible Band 2.0 won’t need to take a morning reading.
To complete the Morning Check-in, rate your sleep and take a morning reading if needed. You'll then get your Stability Score.
Step 1: Rate your previous night's sleep
Each morning, you’ll be asked to rate your previous night's sleep. Open the Visible app and rate your sleep at the top of the Today page.
Visible uses this sleep rating and your previous Evening Check-in symptom scores to calculate your Stability Score.
Step 2: Take a morning reading if the app asks you to
Not everyone needs to take a morning reading. Visible will tell you if you do.
The morning reading measures your resting heart rate and heart rate variability (HRV). This is used to calculate your Stability Score.
Members with a band
If you’re asked to take a morning reading, your band switches to HRV mode to start the reading. Learn more about taking a morning reading using your band.
If you’re not asked to take a morning reading, your Stability Score will use data collected overnight. Learn more about getting your Stability Score from overnight data.
Free app users
You'll always be asked to take a morning reading using your phone's camera.
Try to take your morning reading at the same time every day to maintain consistency.
Step 3: Get your Stability Score
After you finish your Morning Check-in, you'll get your Stability Score. You’ll see a score from 1 to 5 and a breakdown of each factor that contributed to it. Learn more about understanding your Stability Score.
You can find your Stability Score again later on the Today page under Morning Check-in.
