While it might take a bit more tweaking in the initial stages, the vast majority of them are using Visible very effectively.
Before you tweak your Heart Rate Zones or PacePoints budget, it's important to wait until you feel you've completely adjusted to the medication. You should only adjust your zones or points in a completely balanced state.
If your Heart Rate Zones or PacePoints don't feel right, make sure you gather your first 4 days of data in the app.
Then, reach out to Member Support in the Profile section of the app, who can look at your data and adjust your zones and PacePoints budget accordingly.
