Many of our members take medications that affect heart rate — including beta blockers — and most use Visible very effectively to support their pacing.
Often, all that’s needed after you start using Visible is a quick check and adjustment of your Pacing settings after the first four days, just to make sure everything aligns well with how your medication affects your heart rate.
If you’re starting or stopping a heart rate medication, keep an eye on your metrics for a few days to see if your heart rate patterns have changed. We recommend doing this once you’ve reached your new baseline and have fully adjusted to the change in medication.
You can adjust your Heart Rate Zones and PacePoints budget in your Pacing settings. Just go to Profile > Pacing settings in the app.
If you’d like help reviewing your data or making adjustments, our Member Support team is always happy to assist.
