What you can buy: Replacement Band 2.0 kits, chargers, and straps, including wrist strap, arm strap, and XL arm strap.
HSA/FSA Eligibility: All items in the shop are HSA/FSA eligible. Your HSA/FSA funds can cover shipping and taxes on your order.

Returns
You may request a free return and refund within 14 days of receiving your order. For a full refund, please return the product(s) unused and in their original packaging. Please reach out to Member Support for help in arranging a return.
Tracking your order
We'll send you an email confirming your order immediately after purchase. Once your order ships, we'll email you a USPS (US) or Royal Mail (UK) tracking number to monitor the delivery status. Your order is small enough to fit through a letterbox and does not require a signature.
FAQs
Will the straps in the Visible Shop be available in any other colors?
Only black straps are available to purchase from the Visible shop. If you are interested in purchasing a strap in a different color, some users have successfully used COROS armband straps with Visible Band 2.0.
How do I add multiple items to the shopping cart?
Unfortunately, the shop does not currently support a shopping cart. This means different items will have to be purchased separately. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your patience as we continue to improve the shop.
Am I limited to how many items I can purchase per order?
Yes, we're currently limiting the number of items that can be purchased in a single order. You can buy up to 2 of any individual item, except for Visible Band 2.0 replacement kit, which is limited to 1 per order.
Can I use my referral credits to pay for items in the Visible Shop?
Unfortunately, you cannot use referral credits in the Visible Shop. Referral credit can only be used towards reducing the cost of your next membership renewal.
Why can't I see the Visible Shop in my app?
The Visible Shop is only available to members after connecting Visible Band 2.0 to your account.
Can Visible Shop orders be shipped internationally?
No, Visible Shop orders can only be shipped to addresses in the US or UK.
Can I use the Visible Shop straps with my Polar Verity Sense?
Visible Band 2.0 arm and wrist straps are not compatible with Polar Verity Sense. If you use a Polar Verity Sense with your Visible membership, the Visible Shop will not be available to you.
