How to purchase Visible memberships, Band 2.0, and accessories

Memberships

How to buy a membership and Visible Band 2.0

If you're signing up for a Visible membership for the first time, you'll need a Visible Band 2.0. You can purchase a Visible Starter Kit, which includes Visible Band 2.0, when you buy your membership.

Buying on the Visible website:

  1. Go to the Visible website.

  2. Click on Get started.

  3. Complete our quiz to make sure Visible is a good fit for you.

  4. Enter your payment and shipping details and confirm your purchase.

  5. Download the Visible app and create an account.

  6. Activate your membership using the link in your order confirmation email.

Buying in the free Visible app:

If you already have the free Visible app installed on your phone and have created a Visible account, you can sign up as follows directly in the app:

  1. Open the Visible app.

  2. Go to the Profile page.

  3. Tap on the Unlock all day data banner.

  4. Choose a monthly or annual membership.

  5. Enter your payment and shipping details and confirm your purchase.

How to buy a membership without a band

If you already own or have been given a Visible Band 2.0 or Polar Verity Sense, you don’t need to purchase a new band when signing up for a membership. Memberships without a band can only be purchased in the Visible app, not on the website.

Step 1: Download the Visible app and create an account

If you don’t already have the Visible app installed on your phone:

  1. Download the Visible app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

  2. Open the app and follow the prompts to create an account.

Step 2: Buy a membership in the app

  1. Open the Visible app.

  2. On the Profile page, tap Unlock all-day data.

  3. Choose your preferred plan - Annual or Monthly Membership.

  4. Remove the band from your order. Tap View details and change the band quantity to 0.

  5. Enter your payment and shipping details and confirm your purchase.

⚠️ Visible Membership only works with Visible Band 2.0 or Polar Verity Sense. Other wearables won’t integrate with membership features.

How to restart a membership

If you’re returning to Visible after a break, you can simply purchase a new membership with or without a Visible Band 2.0.

If you don’t need a new band, you'll need to buy your membership directly in the Visible app. There you’ll have the option to remove the band from your order. For step-by-step instructions, see How to buy a membership.

How to gift a membership and Visible Band 2.0

You can gift a one-year or two-year Visible membership and Visible Band 2.0 on our website. For more information, check out our guide to Gifting a Visible membership.

How to refer a friend to Visible membership

When someone signs up for a Visible membership and Band 2.0 using your refer-a-friend link, they'll get money off their Band 2.0 purchase. You'll also get membership credit for every successful referral. This credit helps pay for your next membership renewal.

To refer a friend:

  1. Go to the Profile page in the Visible app.

  2. Select Refer a friend.

  3. Copy your personal referral link and share it with anyone you'd like to invite.

Replacements and upgrades

How to buy a replacement Visible Band 2.0

If you need to replace your Visible Band 2.0, for example, you've lost or damaged your band, you can buy a replacement through the in-app Visible Shop:

  1. Open the Visible app.

  2. Go to the Profile page.

  3. Tap on Visible Shop.

  4. Select the Visible Band 2.0 replacement kit.

  5. Follow the steps to complete your purchase.

You will receive our full kit with Visible Band 2.0, wrist strap, and charging cable.

How to upgrade from Polar Verity Sense to Visible Band 2.0

If you currently use a Polar Verity Sense band with your Visible membership and want to upgrade to Visible Band 2.0, you can do this in the app:

  1. Open the Visible app.

  2. Go to the Profile page.

  3. Tap on the Visible Band 2.0 banner.

  4. Follow the steps to complete your purchase.

Straps and chargers

How to buy a Visible Band 2.0 wrist or arm strap

You can purchase Visible Band 2.0 wrist, arm, and XL arm straps directly through the in-app Visible Shop:

  1. Open the Visible app.

  2. Go to the Profile page.

  3. Tap on Visible Shop.

  4. Select one of the following:

    • 2.0 Wrist Strap

    • 2.0 Arm Strap

    • 2.0 XL Arm Strap

  5. Follow the steps to complete your purchase.

Please note that all Visible Band 2.0 straps are currently only available in black.

How to buy a Visible Band 2.0 charger

You can buy a Visible Band 2.0 charger directly through the in-app Visible Shop.

  • Open the Visible app.

  • Go to the Profile page.

  • Tap on Visible Shop.

  • Select the 2.0 Charging Cable.

  • Follow the steps to complete your purchase.

🔋 Visible Band 2.0 uses a Polar Charge 2.0 USB-A charger. It's a magnetic charging cable that attaches to the band and plugs into a USB socket.


Prices and Shipping

What is the cost of a Visible membership and Visible Band 2.0?

You can see the latest prices for Visible memberships and Band 2.0 before checkout in the app or on our website.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments via card or Link, a one-click checkout provided by Stripe.

Visible is also now HSA/FSA eligible, which you can learn more about in our Buying Visible with HSA/FSA funds article. We recommend that you check the requirements with your individual provider before purchasing.

What countries does Visible ship orders to?

Shipping is only available to US or UK addresses.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

You'll see estimated shipping times at checkout before you buy, and again in your order confirmation email. When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. We ship your band using USPS (US) or Royal Mail (UK). Packages are small enough to fit through a standard mailbox and you won't need to sign for them.

Frequently asked questions

How can I confirm my Visible order has gone through?

We'll send you an order confirmation email as soon as you have placed your order with us. We recommend checking both your inbox and spam or junk folders for our email.

If you have purchased a membership and cannot find our email, please share your full name, shipping address, and date of purchase with Member Support so they can confirm your order and link your membership to your Visible account.

If I no longer use Visible, can I give my band to someone else?

Absolutely! You're welcome to give your band to a friend or family member so they can get the benefit from using Visible membership. They’ll just need their own monthly or annual membership to connect the band in the app.

⚠️ For security reasons, Visible Band 2.0 needs to be fully reset before connecting to a new phone. Please follow the step-by-step instructions in our Resetting your Visible Band 2.0 guide, which includes a video walkthrough, before giving the band to someone else.

I can't afford a band or membership, can I still use Visible?

Yes, even without a Visible membership, our free research app can still provide useful features and support, such as the Morning and Evening check-ins, Trends, and access to blog posts, articles, and the Visible podcast. You can download the Visible app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
