Signing in to your Visible app account

Overview

  • Choose to sign in to the Visible app with a Google or Apple account, or an email address.

  • Signing in with a Google or Apple account is quick and secure. No password or email verification is needed.

  • When you sign in with an email address, we'll send you a one-time login email to complete your sign-in.

  • If you can’t find the login email, check your inbox, spam, or junk folders, and make sure there are no typos in your email address.


Visible app account sign-in options

When you first create your app account, you can choose to sign in to Visible in one of the following ways:

  • Sign in with Google

  • Sign in with Apple

  • Sign in with an email address

How to sign in to your Visible app account with Google or Apple

If you created your account using Google or Apple sign-in, logging in is quick and easy:

  1. Open the Visible app and tap I already have an account.

  2. Log in to Visible using Google or Apple:

    • Continue with Google - sign in using your Google account.

    • Continue with Apple - sign in using your Apple ID.

  3. You will be automatically signed in, so you can start using Visible straight away.

When you use Google or Apple to sign in, you don’t need to verify your email address or enter a password. Your account is protected by Google or Apple’s secure authentication systems.

How to sign in to your Visible app account with email

If you created your account using an email address to sign in with, logging in is simple:

  1. Open the Visible app and tap I already have an account.

  2. Enter your email address and tap Continue with email.

  3. Check your email for a message from Visible with the subject “Log in to Visible”.

  4. Open the email and follow the instructions to sign in. For step-by-step guidance, see How to complete email sign-in using the login email.

How to complete email sign-in using the login email

When you sign in using your email address, we'll send you an email with the subject “Log in to Visible”. This email gives you two ways to complete your sign-in, so you can choose the one that works best for you. Both options are secure and only remain valid for a short time to keep your account safe.

Option 1: Tap the Login button link (recommended)

This is usually the quickest and easiest way to sign in because it signs you in immediately:

  1. Open the email and tap the Log in button.

  2. You’ll be taken straight back to the Visible app and signed in automatically.

Option 2: Use a one-time passcode

If the Login button link doesn’t work, for example, if you’re opening the email on a different device, you can use the six-digit code included in the email instead:

  1. Open the email and find the six-digit code.

  2. In the app, tap Having issues logging in?

  3. Tap Log in using code and enter the code.

How to sign out of your Visible app account

If you need to sign out of your Visible app account, you can do so at any time by following the steps below:

  1. Go to the Profile page in the app

  2. Tap My account at the top of the page

  3. Scroll down to the bottom and tap Log out

Note: You may see a pop-up message confirming that your data is re-syncing before you log out. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and allow this process to complete.


Troubleshooting

I can't find the login email

If you're trying to log in using your email address but can't find the “Log in to Visible” email in your inbox, here's what to do:

  1. Check all your email folders. Look in your inbox, spam, or junk folders, or search for the subject link “Log in to Visible”.

  2. Double-check your email address. Make sure you entered it correctly when trying to sign in and there are no typos.

  3. Wait a few minutes. Sometimes there may be a slight delay before the email reaches you, so please be patient.

If you’ve just created your Visible account and still haven’t received the login email, consider trying one of these options:

  • Sign in with Google or Apple. If your account supports it, this can be a simple alternative, as it doesn't require a login email.

  • Use a different email address. Some email providers may block automated emails from Visible, so switching to another email account may resolve the issue.
