The Visible Help Center includes answers to many common questions about the app, Visible Band 2.0, and Visible memberships, so you may be able to find what you need without contacting support. Try searching for keywords related to your question to quickly find relevant articles.

How can I contact Visible Member Support?

The best way to reach the team is through the messenger in the Visible app. To send a message:

  1. Open the Visible app

  2. Go to your Profile page

  3. Tap Member support (or Help and Feedback)

  4. From there, you'll see an option to send us a message

Messages are handled through a messenger rather than live chat, so our team will reply as soon as they can.

You can also contact us via email at [email protected], but for membership queries or technical questions, messaging us in the app is the most effective way to get help.

How long does it take to get a response?

The Visible AI Agent is available 24/7 and can provide immediate answers to many common questions.

If your message needs attention from a member of our Support team, we aim to reply within one working day. You’ll be notified in the app or by email as soon as they respond, so there’s no need to stay online while waiting.

Many of our team also live with energy-limiting health conditions, so we appreciate your patience while we get back to you.

Is there a phone number I can call to speak to Member Support?

No, we currently only provide support through messenger and email. We are unable to offer Member Support over the phone at this time.
