Getting to know Visible

Step 5 of the Getting Started Guide

Your Visible app belongs to you. So once you’ve got set up, have a poke around and make yourself comfortable. You won’t break anything.

At the bottom of the Today page you’ll find our lessons about pacing.

On the Community tab you’ll find videos looking at the role of heart rate variability and the autonomic nervous system in complex illness. You’ll also find podcasts where we speak with leading researchers, clinicians and people living with complex chronic illness.

Visible will get to know you too

The more you wear your band, the more useful Visible becomes. It’s a good idea to complete your morning and evening check-in, and to wear your band to bed, if you can.

Over the first 4 days and nights, Visible will get to know you. It will use your body’s data to build your heart rate zones, set your PacePoint budget and give you your first Stability Score. Over time, Visible will refine your pacing suggestions based on your body’s progress and longer-term data.

The app provides introductions to each feature

While you can always spend time here in our Help Center, you’ll find an introduction to the important features inside the app. They’ll take you through everything you need to know step by step.

If you have any questions or need further support during your time with Visible, our Member support team are here to help. Just head to the Profile section of the app and send us a message!
