If you already own a Visible Band 2.0 or need to reactivate or re-subscribe to your Visible membership, you can buy a new membership without purchasing a Visible Band 2.0.
Follow these steps in the app to remove the band from your order before you check out:
Open the app and follow the link to purchase a Visible membership on the Profile page. This process only works in the app, not on the website.
Choose your membership plan. You can select either an annual or monthly membership.
You'll now be taken to a new browser window to check out.
Tap View details to see what's currently in your order.
Change the band quantity to 0. This will remove the band from your order.
Complete your purchase by entering your payment and shipping details and confirming your purchase.
🚨 Visible Membership is only compatible with Visible Band 2.0 and Polar Verity Sense. Please do not follow these instructions if you are using a different wearable.
