Shipping email updates
After you place an order for a Visible Starter Kit, which includes Visible Band 2.0, or an item from the Visible Shop, you’ll receive two emails from us to guide you through next steps:
Step 1: Order confirmation email
This email lets you know your order was successful and shares details about:
What you've ordered
When your Visible Band 2.0 products are expected to arrive
Your shipping address, so we can make sure everything gets to the right place.
If you've purchased a membership: How to link your membership to your Visible account.
Can't find our emails? Make sure to check both your inbox and spam or junk folders.
Step 2: Shipping confirmation email
When your order ships from our warehouse, we’ll send you another quick update with tracking details so you can follow your USPS (US) or Royal Mail (UK) delivery. The package is small enough to fit through a standard mailbox (or letterbox) and you don't need to sign for it.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
You'll see estimated shipping times at checkout before you buy, and again in your order confirmation email. Please check the website or app directly for up-to-date information before purchase.
📬 If you've ordered a Visible membership and Starter Kit, your membership will start from the day you receive your starter kit in the mail, so you won't be paying for the time you're waiting for the band to arrive.
Can I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes. Once your order ships from our warehouse, we’ll email you a USPS (US) or Royal Mail (UK) tracking number.
Can I make a change to my order?
If you need to change your order, please contact Member Support as soon as possible. It's helpful to include your full name, shipping address, and date of purchase when getting in touch.
