How do I activate my membership?

After purchasing a Visible membership on our website (or receiving it as a gift), you’ll get an email with a link to activate your membership. Open the email and tap on the activation link.

If you haven't already, you'll need to download the Visible app and create a Visible account. Once you're signed in to the app, follow the prompts to get started.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

You'll see estimated shipping times at checkout before you buy, and again in your order confirmation email. When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. We ship your band using USPS (US) or Royal Mail (UK). The package is small enough to fit through a standard mailbox.

When does my membership start?

While payment is made upfront, your membership officially starts on the day you receive your band in the post. You won't be charged for the time you wait for the Starter Kit to arrive. If you choose to activate your membership before your band arrives, that's completely fine. Your membership start date is automatically updated when your Starter Kit is on its way, and then renews monthly or annually on this date.

For gift memberships, your membership will start on whichever date happens first:

  • The day you activate your membership, or

  • 30 days after your welcome email is scheduled to be sent.

How can I tell when my band is fully charged?

For Visible Band 2.0, you'll know it's fully charged when all four small red LED lights stop rotating and become solid red. If it's your first time charging, the red lights might rotate faster than usual when charging is complete. Always charge for at least one hour to ensure a full charge.

How do I wear my Visible Band 2.0?

With a wrist strap, wear your Visible Band 2.0 on top of your wrist like a watch, at least a finger's width above your wrist bone. See Wearing your band on the wrist for more detailed sensor placement tips.

Can I wear my Visible Band 2.0 in the shower?

Yes, the band is fully waterproof and safe to wear while swimming, showering, or bathing. If exposed to saltwater, ensure you clean the charging pins thoroughly to prevent buildup.

How can I buy an additional strap or charger for my Visible Band 2.0?

You can buy additional straps and chargers for your Visible Band 2.0 through the in-app Visible Shop. Once you've activated your membership, just go to the Profile page in the app and tap on Visible Shop.

Can I restart the Getting to know you process?

The Getting to know you onboarding, which helps you choose your PacePoints budget and set your Heart Rate Zones, happens automatically during the first 4 days after you start using your membership. This process only runs once and, unfortunately, cannot be restarted.

However, if you feel the heart rate data from those first 4 days doesn't accurately reflect your baseline, you can always recalculate your Heart Rate Zones or adjust your PacePoints budget at any time in the app. To do this, just go to Profile → Pacing Settings.

Why do I need to complete the Monthly check-in before connecting my band for the first time?

The Monthly check-in helps us understand your current functional capacity so we can personalize your pacing guidance right from the start. Completing the check-in before you connect your band ensures that the app can provide recommendations and pacing guidance tailored to you.
