Finding past Monthly Check-in summaries

Where to see previous Monthly Check-ins and read them back

All of your Monthly Check-in summaries live on your Monthly Check-in page.

Find your check-ins on your Profile page

Follow these steps to see a summary:

  1. Open the Visible app and go to your Profile page.

  2. Tap Monthly Check-in.

  3. Tap any date in Your check-ins to open that month's summary.

Each check-in shows its date and a one-line description. A check-in where you skipped an optional section is labeled Partially completed.

Tap any card to view the results for that check-in. You can navigate between check-ins using the date picker at the top of the page.

Your responses are available in the data export

You can find this by going to:

  1. Profile

  2. Data export

  3. Export CSV

Your summaries aren't in the Health Report PDF

The Health Report PDF does not include your Monthly Check-in summaries.

If you see Functional Capacity in your list

Functional Capacity (FUNCAP) was the questionnaire the Monthly Check-in used before October 2026. If you completed it, a Functional Capacity card will display at the bottom of Your check-ins.

Tap the Functional Capacity card to view your previous functional capacity results or to complete a new Functional Capacity questionnaire.
