What’s included in the Starter Kit?
If you order a Visible Band 2.0 with your new membership, you’ll get a Starter Kit containing Visible Band 2.0, wrist strap, charger, and setup instructions.
Where is the Visible membership available?
Visible membership is only available in the US and the UK.
What membership plans are available?
If you're looking to purchase a Visible membership for yourself, you can choose between a monthly or annual plan. If you prefer flexibility, the monthly option is a great choice. Annual memberships offer cost savings over time. All personal memberships automatically renew unless canceled.
If you’d like to give Visible as a gift to friends or family, we offer one-year and two-year gift memberships. Gift memberships do not automatically renew.
How is Visible different from fitness trackers?
Unlike fitness trackers, Visible is designed to help you rest and pace your activity, not workout and exercise. It uses high-accuracy, real-time heart rate data streamed from your band to provide pacing notifications when you’re over-exerting, and provide insights into your daily energy expenditure. It also allows you to take your Morning check-in via your band.
Can I use Visible if I have POTS?
Yes, POTS is a common feature of complex illness and can make pacing extra challenging. Many of our members live with POTS and are able to use Visible effectively. If you have POTS, you might require some extra support in setting up Visible; you can reach out to a member of the team via our in-app Member Support for assistance here.
Will my phone work with Visible membership?
Visible membership works on iOS (15 or later) and Android (9.0 or later). However, some Android phones are not compatible for technical reasons. We also don’t recommend using Visible membership with a tablet, as it can be hard to keep the band connected to the device while you pace your day.
To check if your phone is compatible with Visible membership:
iPhone
The model is an iPhone 7 (2018) or newer, and is not an iPad.
Your device is running iOS 15 or later.
Android
Your device is running Android 9 or later.
It is not a Motorola, Huawei, Oppo, or OnePlus device. Unfortunately, we're unable to support these models for technical reasons.
If you’re in the US or UK and don’t see an option to sign up for a membership, it's likely your phone isn't supported.
Can I cancel if the Visible membership isn’t for me?
Yes. If the membership isn’t for you, you can cancel your membership in the Visible app at any time before your next renewal date. For step-by-step instructions on managing your membership, including cancelling your plan, check out our Managing Visible membership article.
What happens to my data?
All Visible data is stored in an encrypted database and is not shared with any third parties unless you explicitly opt-in to a research study. The Visible membership is operated under the same Privacy Policy as the rest of the Visible app, so we treat your data the same way.
Can I return the band for a refund?
Due to hygiene concerns, we’re unable to provide refunds for the band unless it's defective.
