After you order a Visible membership, we'll send you a confirmation email. This email lets you know your order was successful and shares details about:

Step 2: Activating your membership
You need to activate your membership before you can start using it. Here's how:
Find the order confirmation email we sent you right after your purchase. The subject line is "Activate your Visible membership".
Open the email on your phone or computer and tap the 'Link my membership' button:
If you don't have the Visible app yet, the link will help you download the app and create a Visible account.
After activation, you’ll see 'Connect your band' at the top of the Today page in the app:
🎁 Bought a membership for someone else? Just forward them the activation email and have them tap 'Link my membership' to connect it to their Visible account.
Step 3: Tracking your delivery
When we ship your Starter Kit, we'll email you a tracking number. Delivery is via USPS (US) or Royal Mail (UK). The package is small enough to fit through your letterbox. You don't need to sign for it.
Step 4: What's in your Visible Starter Kit box
Your Starter Kit includes:
Visible Band 2.0 (a research-grade optical heart rate monitor)
A magnetic charging cable
A welcome card with a QR code that will link you to setup instructions.

Frequently asked questions
When does my membership start?
Your membership will start from the day you receive your Starter Kit in the post, so you won't be paying for the time you're waiting for the Starter Kit to arrive. If you choose to activate your membership before your band is delivered, that's completely fine—it will still begin on your delivery date. Memberships renew monthly or annually, depending on your plan.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
You'll see estimated shipping times at checkout before you buy, and again in your order confirmation email. When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. We ship your band using USPS (US) or Royal Mail (UK). The package is small enough to fit through a letterbox.
Can I make a change to my order?
If you need to change your order, please contact Member Support as soon as possible. It's helpful to include your full name and shipping address when getting in touch.

Why can't I connect my band or see my membership in the app?
After buying a Visible membership, you’ll need to activate it using the link in your order confirmation email. You won’t be able to connect your band or use membership features until this is done.
If you still see an option to purchase a membership, or don’t see the 'Connect my band' button at the top of the Today page, your membership likely isn’t activated yet.
Can I get some help linking my membership to my Visible account?
Of course! If you need any help activating your membership, for example, you don't have access to the order confirmation email, please contact Member Support. It's helpful to include your full name and the email address used to sign up for the membership when you message.
